The Windows product key is a 25-characters long code that’s used to activate Microsoft’s operating system. According to Microsoft, losing this key means you will have to purchase a new one. Nsasoft disagrees and offers Product Key Explorer, a tool that can recover not only the Windows product key but the product keys for thousands of other software products.

To get Product Key Explorer up and running you will have to perform a standard installation procedure: download an installer, run it, and then follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard (which basically means you’ll have to keep on clicking Next).

Click the Find Product Keys button that’s prominently displayed on this application’s interface and Product Key Explorer will scan your local computer and uncover the product key for Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Techsmith Camtasia Studio, and many other software programs – some 8,000 programs according to the About menu.

By default, Product Key Explorer will scan your local computer. Click on Select Computer to Scan if you want it to scan an IP range, an IP address list, or certain computers on your network.

Product Key Explorer isn’t free, it’s only free to try. The trial version will uncover product keys, but it will only display the first 4 digits. To see the rest of the product key, you’ll have to purchase a license.

Losing your Windows product key isn’t a problem, not when you have Product Key Explorer to help you. This tool can recover the product key for Microsoft’s operating system and for thousands of other products.

A simple setup wizard will help you install Product Key Explorer on your Windows PC. Product Key Explorer can scan your local computer, certain computers on the network, an IP range, or an IP address list. Product Key Explorer can reveal the product key for Windows and thousands of other products.

Trial limitations: uncovers product keys but displays only the first 4 digits; nag screen. The interface feels dated. Tip Here are 10 free tools you can use to uncover the Windows product key.
